We didn't just build this tool—we lived it. Running electronics and auto repair businesses, we were tired of the endless back-and-forth phone calls: "Where are we at?" or "Is my car done yet?". We realized that manually explaining progress just wasn't scalable.

We wanted to offer our clients a premium, "Uber-like" tracking experience instead. By building a tool that provided live, visual updates, we accidentally created a service standard that made clients trust us instantly, refer their friends, and keep coming back. We solved our own problem, elevated our business, and now we want to help others do the same.
