What are your support hours?

General support: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM EST, typically within 2 hours. We watch for critical outages outside those hours and respond as soon as we can.

Where are you located?

Opeo is remote-first — Delaware, USA & PL. No walk-in office — email is the fastest path.

Do you offer phone support?

Support is by email so every reply is documented. Scale and custom plans can request a scheduled call when needed.

How do I report a bug?

Email steps and screenshots to hi@opeo.io. Critical issues: we aim to fix within 24 hours.
