Data Security
Your data is protected
We use administrative and technical measures appropriate to a cloud SaaS — including HTTPS in transit, access controls, and row-level isolation between workspaces. Details are on our Security page. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security of our systems.
Data Retention
We keep account, customer, job, and media data while your account is active and you use the Service. When you close your account or request deletion, we delete or anonymize personal data promptly, except where we must retain records for legal, tax, billing, security, or dispute purposes. Children's Privacy
Our Service is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at hi@opeo.io.
