Built by small business,
for small business.
We didn't just build this tool—we lived it. Running electronics and auto repair businesses, we were tired of the endless back-and-forth phone calls: "Where are we at?" or "Is my car done yet?". Manually explaining progress wasn't scalable.
We wanted clients to open a link and see live photos and status instead of chasing us. That cut status calls, made disputes easier to settle with timestamps, and turned more first-time jobs into repeats. We solved our own problem — now we build the same proof-of-work tracking for other shops.
Fewer "where's my job?" calls
Send a branded link. Clients see progress photos and status themselves — your front desk stops narrating every step.
Proof when work is questioned
Timestamps, before/after shots, and a clear timeline — so you're not arguing from memory when a customer pushes back.
Used on real shop floors
Born in 2018 in our own service business, then refined across multiple branches before we opened it as SaaS.
Our Journey
From an internal shop tool to a platform for service pros.
The Spark
2018Tired of endless phone calls and status updates, we conceptualized a simple tool to provide clients with a premium, visual tracking experience.
First Deployment
2019V1 implemented in our own service business. It wasn't pretty, but it solved the problem.
Expansion
2020Scaled across multiple electronics and auto service branches. The system proved robust enough for multi-location use.
The Grind
2021-2022Two years of relentless optimization based on daily feedback from our technicians, front-desk staff, and returning customers.
The Pivot
2023Field partners began asking "Can we use this too?". We decided to turn our internal tool into a SaaS.
Go Live
2024Launched Opeo to our first external customers — the internal tool became a product shops could subscribe to.
Cloud rebuild
2025Full UI redesign and cloud-native stack (Cloudflare R2 + Workers) so media and public job links scale cleanly.
What's next
2026Native iOS app is on the roadmap, plus continued polish for teams running jobs in the field.
